I've ridden the fence for years trying to decide on investing in solar. Chris and the team at the Des Moines Eagle Point location were the deciding factor. Eagle Point beat the competitors in price point and warranties. Service was exactly as promised; timely, responsive, and supportive to all my inquiries. If customer service and a quality product is what you value, then Eagle Point is worth your time.
Chris was great to work with on determining our needs. He answered all our questions. The installation crew did a fantastic job. Very courteous. Lived up to all their promises. Great experience.
In 2022 we research Solar installers and Eagle Solar name came to the top of my pile. I had them do an assessment and they were very attentive to our needs and wishes. In 2023 they installed our Solar array and a battery storage system. Once it was turned on they continued to give assistance from their engineers to optimize the system to meet our needs. I couldn’t be happier with the work and after sales service.
I have no idea about the quality of the company, however I can attest to the quality of their driving skills. I was coming home from work, saw two cars exiting Hwy 5 onto 65/69 going south. I see the cars and get over to let them merge, the second car merging was an Eagle Point Solar company car. This employee didn't even look to see if anyone was there and tried to pass the car in front of him, problem was that I was immediately next to him in the passing lane. We are very happy with the PV system designed and installed by Eagle Point. It is currently offsetting 100% of our peak summer load and helping us achieve our sustainability goals. The approval process does take time, but we had consistent customer support from Ron and his team from start to energization.
