Overall a very stressful experience. My agent was not very experienced or knowledgeable during repair negotiations and several times throughout the buying process the agent made stressful suggestions we were not comfortable with and didn't listen well. Randy showed us a listing and it was very frustrating. It was our first time ever looking at a property and we informed him we had other appointments through Zillow to look at listings. He rudely told us that you can only work with one agent at a time (which we didn’t know because this was our very first time). Randy helped us find our first home in a crazy market. He went to bat for us time and time again until we found the perfect place to call home.
