The poor rating is for customer service. We recently had the furnace in our rental property repaired. When the invoice came in, it was DOUBLE what we had been quoted. When our property manager called to find out why, it was because they had found more that need repair. I understood that because it is an older furnace. However, I felt we should have been notified of the huge increase in cost. I called the repair office directly and was told " we don't give prices unless they are requested". REALLY?!!!
