I hate giving negative reviews. However, this office is a complete joke. This is my 100 yr old grandmother's physician. I took paperwork to the office to be signed so that we could get a handicap sign for the car as well as a FMLA for my employer since I take my grandmother to her appointments. My grandmother received a call from this office stating that the doctor didn't not feel comfortable signing the paperwork. I thought that was absolutely insane. I love how efficient the office is, even if they are understaffed at times, it’s worth the wait for such high quality primary care! I also love the laboratory team and services—the gold standard for office labs as well. And the trifecta, Dr. Polite is brilliant, down to earth, and really cares about his patients.
