This location has been my doctor’s office for years and it is always consistent with great service, kind receptionist, friendly checkout receptionist, courteous nurses, gentle phlebotomy specialist, caring doctors (Wolters to Hayes) and a warm atmosphere. Had the privilege to meet the administrator of this location and she is an absolute angel. This location is the epidemy of great service and care.
They never answer the phone. I needed to reschedule and I called several times to talk to someone and the phone just rang for several minutes. So I just didn’t go to my appointment. How do you have a company policy to charge people for no-show appointments when you don’t answer the phone to reschedule/cancel appointments?!? Everyone was very nice and professional. All questions were addressed
I have been a patient with Dr Timberlake for 3 years . She is Amazing and so is her Nurse . My problem is the staff at the Front Desk and the Lab . They are not the friendliest. They do not say hello, you are standing there waiting to be checked in. Lab workers are not friendly . Some of us are nervous when blood has to be taken . Would be helpful to have a friendly staff member to make the process easier . Love my Dr ! The staff could be given a class on how to treat the patient. Ann York
I went in this morning (Christmas Eve) and was able to be seen! Sam at check out was so nice and found room for me to get in to see Dr Espinoza and I did do with only a few min wait time! Everyone was kind and helpful!
