I wish I could leave a better review but they will not return my phone calls! I work for a large corporation and planned to give them plenty of business but they're totally unresponsive.
I left a message and never got a call back they are a joke!!!!1
This company was wonderful the 1st time they came out. Since then I have left SIX messages for a follow up visit and have not received a single call back. I'm very sorry that I convinced my roommate to switch pest control services in favor of Eagle. We will be going to another service.
I made an appointment over a week in advance and on the date of the appointment I called to confirm. I was told 1:30pm. I waited until 3:30 and called again. No one could reach the technician and no one called me back. I tried again an hour later with no response.
This company is very reasonable in costs and very timely and no problems with termites or other bugs after treatment. Highly recommend.
