Wildly poor customer service. I called Eagle Paving to bid a $15,000 to $20,000 residential job. Lauren came out, spent an hour or two talking to me and taking measurements. Everything seemed on track for a good experience. Then, days passed, the promised bid never came. Calls, texts and emails were not answered. Eagle Paving is the best company to work with! I have worked with Joel and Michelle frequently on projects are they are organized, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend using them for your parking lot needs!
