Wildly poor customer service. I called Eagle Paving to bid a $15,000 to $20,000 residential job. Lauren came out, spent an hour or two talking to me and taking measurements. Everything seemed on track for a good experience. Then, days passed, the promised bid never came. Calls, texts and emails were not answered.
