If your child lives here and dies, good luck. They are awful. First they gave me problems to get into her apartment to get clothes for her funeral. Then I spend hours cleaning in 90+ temperature and they wouldn't give me her deposit bc she had a year long lease and that went towards the next months rent. These people dont have common decency.
Very Clean safe place,like that it's a secured building,also everything is so very convenient here for me
The apartments here are very affordable and great for college students. The rooms come with good starting furniture which is very helpful for students. The staff are friendly and always make repairs/maintenance in a timely manner. The walls aren’t paper thin like some places I’ve lived which is always a plus. I need to move to a new town for clinicals, but if I was staying in Clarion longer, I wouldn’t hesitate to pick eagle park all over again.
One of the best places to live in Pennsylvania all are friendly, helpful and very peaceful place as well as the management is very helpful specially sandy she is always ready to help and solve you problems.
