I had to get a new front bumper installed on my car. From the moment I saw my car, I wasn't satisfied because the bumper wasn't flush with the quarter panels. Took it back and they popped it back in, well it popped back out. A couple weeks later my front grill fell off while driving down the interstate. So they "fixed" it, and then it came loose a week later. I've had to take my car back up there about 4 or 5 times and they can't seem to get my bumper right! I wouldn't recommend going to Eagle to get a bumper.
I had them paint a new bumper cover for me this past week. It came out looking great. I took it home to install it myself... Well turns out I am not as good with vehicles as I thought. I took my car back to Eagle Paint and Body and asked if they could help fix my mistake. While typically not something they do, they obliged. Angela works in the front office and was very pleasant to work with, she kept me informed throughout the entire process and it was a quick turnaround. Awesome service.....The entire team was great, I definitely recommend Eagle Paint & Body, Inc.
I got my new bumper painted and installed and they did a good job with a fair price but its been a month now and the paint is chipping off already and I haven't even messed with the bumper. Unfortunately since i brought it in, there isn't a warranty on it. Just disappointed on how its chipping quickly.
Outstanding customer service!! We will def be coming to Eagle for all of our auto needs in the future. Thanks for everything!
