Eagle One Federal credit Union is the worst bank in a tri-state area. They’re almost like scammers they tell you one thing and do another care in the world for the customers about money. They lie lie lie do not do business with Eagle One federal credit Union, especially in Claymont, Delaware all these braces are disgrace. Keep speaking up that’s all we can do. for now, so people know not to do business there

The absolute worst credit union ever. They lose paperwork. They lie over the phone and say they will take care of what you asked for, and, they don’t. If someone identity thefts your card, they will make you do the leg work of calling the companies to get your money back. The online banking is always having technical issues, so, you won’t be able to check your account at will. I really could go on and on about the multiple issues I’ve had over the years. Pick a different cu. This bank is terrible.
