Poor Customer Service 🤨
Never ever doing business with Eagle One Federal Credit Union. They sent my entire debt which I was supposed to pay in 7 years to collection due to lateness in 2 payments only. But before this, they came to my house at 3 am an they basically violated my property and STOLE my car with no warnings! I was forced to pay MORE THAN THREE TIMES what I owed to be able to recover my car which is vital for me to be able to go to work. Lousy customer service. Phone is not answered or immediately put on hold. I am going to find another credit union. I was stuck with this credit union when my old one was absorbed by this one.
They change my credit cards and couldn't give me basic info how to pay it and charged me late fees when I finally figured out how to pay it. Any bank would be better than this credit union
