I honestly hate that I’m even writing this right now. I walked in excited to treat myself, and I walked out with both hands in pain and my nails looking like a complete disaster. I was a a customer for over five years until recently . I usually have Kim do my nails but Lena has done my nails at least twice. Last visit I was the second car. The first car had two people in it. The first person went to kim and I asked Lena if she was doing the Second Lady and she said, yes. I was next person in line. Kim was still busy and Lena finished the second lady and went to the person that was the fourth car and skipped me and another lady.
