I went here just to get my nails taken off and she pulled them off using a fake nail. Was so damaging to my nail bed. I typically have had salons soak them. This was not only damaging but painful.

Well… I was wrong. If you call a day ahead, make an appointment for early morning, for a fill & pedicure at the same time, you will not get them at the same time :( Walk Ins beat appointment customers. WALK INS WILL BE SERVED FIRST OVER APPOINTMENT CUSTOMERS. I think this is rude. So I went somewhere else for Pedi. Another salon will take my $27.00. I called at 9:00am to make a 9:30am appointment for their opening time. They asked if I can come in at 10:00am and when I came in all chairs were taken. Very disappointed in their customer service and poorer concern with my time. I value my time and this was very unacceptable!

When the owner does my dip powder, it stays well over a month and it looks immaculate. She is thorough . No other salon has given me such good results. I wish the owner worked after 3pm on Sundays. Just the owner.

Way to many times they don’t have the color I chose from their samples and then when they do, they still give me the wrong color! This has happened almost every time I go. So tired of wasting my money. Way too expensive for stupid mistakes! Sorry Gina.
