I called at 9:00am to make a 9:30am appointment for their opening time. They asked if I can come in at 10:00am and when I came in all chairs were taken. Very disappointed in their customer service and poorer concern with my time. I value my time and this was very unacceptable!

When the owner does my dip powder, it stays well over a month and it looks immaculate. She is thorough . No other salon has given me such good results. I wish the owner worked after 3pm on Sundays. Just the owner.

Way to many times they don’t have the color I chose from their samples and then when they do, they still give me the wrong color! This has happened almost every time I go. So tired of wasting my money. Way too expensive for stupid mistakes! Sorry Gina.

I received the worst gelx manicure of my life. Nails were pasted on crooked. I co tested this was told my finger must be crooked. Which was a new experience for me. Wanted ombré French. Got a Vato white spray look where my nails were basically white. Came home and painted my nails pink with my own polish. Don’t go there unless it’s basic and super cheap where they don’t even sanitize. It’s amazing to me how they stay open. NO.
