I have been dealing with joe and eagle motorcycle for about a year and half. It is nice to walk in and just know that everyone in there knows you and will do anything for you. I just had 16 inch apes put on and they found a few minor thing that needed to be done they knew how much money I had to spend and what I would say to the repairs and did them right away. Thank you guys for everything you do.
Wow, what great people. Breaking down on the middle of nowhere is always tough. After the outrageous tow bill, we were expecting to get screwed again but were surprised at the excellent quality service at a very fair price. Late on a Sunday, they got us back on the road for less than what I would have paid back home.
A Very dishonest and unethical business. Lied to me several times, even after a caught him and called him out on it? I feel he was obviously trying to take advantage of a guy that broke down. He even said he would have to charge me extra if he has to get the parts for me? What kind of motorcycle shop charges extra to get parts?? His qoute was outrageous high and he said he couldn't get the part till next week. I found the part 40 miles away in Kingman. You guys just found a repeat customer. These guys have great rates and great customer service.. I just got a rear tire put on and they saved me almost $200.00 by not going to the Harley dealer. So if you need parts or service done to your bike you should check them out first..
Joe Michelle and Jeff are awesome people, I recommend everyone I know to go to their shop and check it out!!!
