We ahve 25 rooms that vary from double queens, smoking rooms, King rooms, & balcony king rooms. Located close to several attractions and walking distance to downtown Manitou Springs. Our motel offers refrigerator, microwave, flat screen TV's, wifi, and air conditioning in each room. Friendly knowledgeable staff and a hot tub to relax in at the end of your day.

RecommendedDefinitely the perfect spot for my family. The staff is welcoming and ready to assist, the location is rich with natural beauty .....we will definitely come back.

This is our third stay over the last 13 years. We keep coming back because the rooms are clean. The stand-up shower is small. If you're a bigger person, just a warning. The motel changed hands about 3-4 years ago but Wally is a friend of the former owner Bill....the cleanliness hasn't suffered. Not sure when Manitou Springs added a free shuttle to the downtown area but the motel is a short walk to the shuttle stop. The problems of the USA, aren't going to be resolved, by a few disgruntled Vets and wifes, trying to ruin a small business in Colorado. You want to do some good, go take a homeless Vet to dinner and leave working folk alone. - A USN, USMM, Retiree
