Please do not I mean DO NOT move here. This has been the worst experience in my life. The leasing office is also filled with some of the most dishonest, untrustworthy, rude, and incompetent people ever. They trap anyone who lives there by “auto” renewing your lease, they don’t even give you a copy of the lease agreements once you signed, you have to “ask” for it. give us an actual mail room, fix the plumbing, fix the electrical cables in the garages, fix the fire alarm system, fix the magnets on the doors, install a fire escape, and create an easy method of contacting staff.
Eagle Mill is loud, overpriced, and, having lived in Richmond for 3 years, I can confidently say has poorer management than almost any other real estate company in the entire Richmond area.
Unprofessional staff who seek to create confrontation and never respond to phone calls. The only way they stay in business is the amount of properties they own combined with the lack of actual choice in the Richmond housing market.
