Eagle Metal Customer Services has gotten so much better. The polite greeting when walking in changes the whole experience.
If you value your time do not come here. Credit Card machine down, they want to hold your information on paper. Takes more than 30 minutes just to cash you out. Is a good thing they didn’t have any other customer. The attitude is tense. The employees are not happy. I will never ever purchase anything again from this company. They do not finish with one and are taking phone calls, making everything even longer.
