Went in with a tick on my toddlers head. Not a patient but a local, receptionist told me they won’t pull it out.
Doctors are very good the receptionist needs lessons in manners.
I rang to make an appointment and the receptionist told me they weren't on Tamborine Mountain, but in Southport. Just checked the address, they are in Southport Ave, Tamborine Mountain. Perhaps the receptionist should figure out exactly where she is!
Waited 40 mins with the Dr treating no one. Walked out. Pick another Practice. Was the last patient for the day. Appalling. Would give 0.
Eagle Heights Medical Centre is perhaps the best clinic I have been to in at least 20 years. I have recently moved from the Coast and needed to see a doctor with some urgency. Dr. Mariusz Zielinski is simply outstanding - he is so thorough and makes sure he listens and explores every possible avenue. The rest of the staff are also incredibly helpful and understanding - from the receptionists to the nurses.
