The lot rent is far more than the lots are worth. They claim to be competitive with other mobile home parks. False! Rent compared to other parks that provide pools rec rooms, cirbs and sidewalks and free RV parking, I have found to be much cheaper. Unfortunantly I can not afford to move to one of these other parks. They use the excuse that operating and maintenance costs continue to rise. When most of that is performed myself.
