Good memories here, its not the ritz bit they got a basketball court and your can walk home from fry street, good memories fun place it is what you make it, and we made it fun. Cool place :)

You truly don’t want to live here. The apartment seems good looking in the inside and you’re also tempted with no utilities but at the end, you’ll regret your time here. I’ve lived here for more than one year now and the only reason I extended was because I forgot to inform the management on time and didn’t want to waste money terminating my lease agreement. Sign the lease if you want to live with roaches, sleep with roaches, and eat with roaches. Pest control comes very often, they give you not even 24 hours in advance notice and you have to empty out all your cabinets from 8 am to 5pm. It's very inconvenient, and the worst part is that they only spray the cabinets, they do nothing along the walls, which is where the roaches live. I had put in a work order for a ceiling vent that was leaking, I even called emergency maintenance, didn't hear back until two weeks later. Just be c... read more
