The apartment complex is well kept and absolutely beautiful. The amenities like a pool, fitness center, playground, and tennis courts are awesome benefits. You can't beat the rent. Definitely the nicest place in the area for a great price. In 2016 they got a new management company which has really boosted the community. Very helpful staff focused on creating a wonderful community.
First all when I first moving here for bout less than 6 month so now all the ppl that work in office got fired and this Jackie Ray live across from me 5824 apt G were the manager and after she came back after some trip two week ago her power were off and then she lived at 5844 apt H with her daughter who ever that used to work in the office so now she jackie wasn't suppose lived at 5844 H I guess she Dont want nobody know that she live at that address so that tell me that u can't have no one lived with the person that not on... read more
From the outside everything LOOKS FINE but once your there its a different story. The "security gate" never work, someone tried to break out my car window & when it was time to leave and get my security deposit back I had to harass them for MY money! First excuse was I gave them the wrong address, really! Then after two months of calling and threating to sue I received it but not all because they "claim" I moved out later. Take the advice of other reviews and RUN!
I got assaulted by black teenagers 5 or 7 of them , one had a gun, they punched me in the face and took my phone. This happened during daytime on a Sunday.
My wife and I were relocating our daughter from Jackson, MS to Montgomery Ala because she is going to school there. We decided on Eagle Landing, completed all the paperwork, and paid our security deposit to hold the apartment. We had it set up to move in on July 13, 2013.
