VERY deceptive to sellers, experience seems to be different for buyers. Sellers, beware. Very predatory and underhanded behavior. I will be reaching out to PAR as well as the PA Real Estate Commission after my experience dealing with EL Realty and Ken.
We have friends who own in Eagle Lake and we fell we in love with the place. This year we decided it was time to get our own place. We just got home today and I had to write this. We first spoke with Robin who was kind and helpful, when we got up there she was off. We met with Ken. He was great. They worked within out budget and really listened to what was important to us, location. Im glad we met with them. We will fix up our place and sell with them again in a few years and buy another place in Eagle lake. Sorry EL reality... read more
