Update, Nov 20 2025: After Kyle contacted me to sort this out, things did have a positive turn despite the damage the potting mix we purchased has already caused. They refunded us for the mix minus the shipping and bagging fees which goes a long way as a gesture of goodwill. Poor potting mix product quality. Sold me old/broken down/composted custom potting mix. We paid a good amount to have this 'mixed,' bagged, and shipped to us. Unwilling to recompense me for this mistake. Unprofessional customer service.

Very poor driving and dangerous behavior. The driver was tailgating and not keeping a safe distance. You can check the camera footage from October 29, between 8:40 and 8:55, to see how recklessly he was driving and changing lanes without signaling. This kind of driving is unacceptable — the driver should be held accountable. I have already reported the incident to the police.

saw one of your semi-truck drivers on Stoney Trail driving very poorly. He did not appear to be a professional driver and was possibly driving without proper knowledge of traffic rules and regulations.
