Renting here in Bell (heliotrope ave). On site manager Jose is horrible. After the fire here he became completely terrible at his job. He uses ALL the victims of fire garages as his personal storage and car parking while enforcing a No overnight parking policy for tenants. His kids play outside all day being destructive and very loud and they also leave a huge mess of trash. Jose really abuses his power as a “manager”
Over at our apartment the manager has been very nice to us even before renting here when there is a leak or a problem of any kind we take pics and send to them and a very quick and friendly respond they get things done by the next business day we are very happy renting here also the our neighbors are nice and quiet 🤫 thanks!
horrible, the neighbors are chismosos, liars and mentirosos. The manager looks like dona florinda from el chavo del ocho, my sister got evicted because "no reason" per belen at eagle investment. She was rude and disrespectful. The apartments are spacious but infested with roaches, the pipe lines are so old that they leak, the kitchen to the apartments are hella small you cant even cook dinner or breath. Don't rent there apt have mold. They have halfway apt they take there sweet time.fixing stuff Idk how a business like this have a business don't rent there not professional bunch of pendejos an pendajas with no skills...I have report them to consumer affairs..an neighbors I met always have problem s with them ..advice don't.rent
