Chris was outstanding. What I appreciated most was how clearly everything was explained. I learned so much! Rather than just pointing out issues, he helped me understand the significance of each finding, what might need immediate attention, and what could be considered in the future. The attention to detail by Chris during the inspection and in the quickly delivered report aftewards, gave me confidence that I was making an informed decision on buying the home.
Sean was so knowledgeable at the home inspection I received from him. I wish I can rate his service past the number 10. I will definitely use Eagle Inspections in the near future again. When looking at purchasing a new home, I signed up online for an inspection with Eagle. They had a decent amount of available dates/times which made the process to sign-up very easy. I chose Luis as my inspector and he told me his background, and we went through the home with no glaring issues. He took plenty of photos, walked me through his process as we went from room-to-room and provided a through report.
EDITED**** I recently had two disappointing experiences with my “first time home buying” inspection service. The first inspection for the new home indicated everything was fine, but after taking my contractor he discovered serious electrical and roofing issues, leading to my cancellation and a loss of $1,000. Phenomenal job. We hired them for home inspection, sewer scope, Radon inspection, and pool inspection. Their reports are better than what we've seen in the past. They're friendly, on time, and really responsive. If I called or texted they answered the phone and got back to me right away. They sent their reports over to me right away as well. 10/10, will definitely be using them again and will be recommending them to others.
