The company as a whole had stellar customer service and got me on the schedule the next day. Special shout out to Evan and Brian for their remarkable level of detail, knowledge and patience with all my questions. They were incredibly thorough and provided fact-based info as well as coding requirements to support. Highly highly recommended especially to first time home Buyers going through this process looking for genuine trustworthy assistance.
My experience was horrible. The things they should have checked and doubled checked before I purchased my house. It’s like I bought a lemon. I’ve had to put so much money into a house that was redone. Stuff that inspection should have caught if he was not about money or working with my realtor to share my money. I didn’t know I should have gotten my own inspector. Pissed!!!!!!!!!

Evan was extremely professional, kind, and easy to work with throughout the entire inspection process. He took the time to clearly explain what he was doing, walked me through his findings, and made sure I understood both the overall condition of the home and any areas of concern. His explanations were detailed yet easy to understand, which made the process feel much less overwhelming. I highly recommend Evan & Eagle Inspections to anyone in need of a home inspection and will definitely use him again in the future.
Chris was thorough and explained everything that he’s looking for and how it looks to him. He was very professional and easy to talk to, and he had no problem answering any questions that we have. I really could have talked to him all day.
