I purchased 3 of thier overhead garage Saferacks from Costco several years ago. I had a problem with one of them, most probably caused by my sketchy installation. I contacted the company and they were super responsive and Danyell worked quickly to make me a satisfied customer. If you are on the fence about which company to purchase from, these are the people who offer the quality of products and customer support you want.
Awful powder coat. These are the replacements. Danyell is of little help.
Absolute garbage. Terrible customer support. I had saferacks installed. The installer did a terrible job. Couldn’t find studs and drilled multiple holes in ceiling and misaligned braces and incorrect parts used. I paid for the work and after he left I made a complaint to customer support about the quality of work and incorrect parts. They said since I signed off on the work that they are not going to help any further. Don’t use this company. You are better off spending your money somewhere else that cares about its customers
Purchased a few items from this company through Amazon and never received them. I provided them with video evidence with time stamps and they would not assist me nor provide a refund. Refrain from purchasing from this company.
Purchased 2 of the 4x8 racks from Costco online. We are missing 16 vertical posts for 96 in C Channel beams and eight 27-in ceiling brackets. They don't show our purchase in thier system so I have to spend another $150 for items already purchased. I wasn't going to post a review, but after reading the others it seems they have a problem with logistics.
