Rude guy..
This is my second time here and the staff is friendly and professional, though I found Jose a bit abrupt and impatient with me once. I found this place via word of mouth from someone who's been going for over 30 years. They have great extended hours during the tax season. Only metered street parking is available, and it's a BUSY street. So I park on Greene Ave, the residential street a block away. Very helpful and knowledgable
Been doing my taxes here for years.... But this time around I was very disappointed!!!! Had an appointment and waited almost an hour before I left. You can't expect customers to sit around waiting. That's the purpose of an appointment. Too many tax preparers to just settle, never going back...
