Lennar servicing did not even know that their own loan was sold off to Arvest Mortgage and for that I was served with a delinquent notice. This led to my credit score dropping 124 points. Classic case of left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing. This needs to be brought to the attention of NC commissioner of banks
I had to payoff one of my cars to improve my debit to income ratio so at closing, I wired them the money for the balance and they gave me a check from the lawyers office to pay off the car. Lexus sent the check back. They couldn’t take a third-party check. Went to Lexus. Paid the car off and got them a letter that the loan was satisfied waiting over 3 weeks now to get my money back from Lennar. If it was their money they would want it back. Lennar is a lousy company to deal with.
