Absolutely horrible service. Allison cougill repeatedly messed up my home morgage to include, misplaced document, lieing about what eagle covered during the closing process, hard to get ahold of, not calculating debt to income ratio correctly, disrespectful, now since i have decided to take my business elsewhere she is now giving me the run around about getting money for appraisal back. I will never recommend eagle to anyone just because of that one person!!

Terrible service, incredibly hard to get ahold of our mortgage lender, when she did get in touch with us she would answer the phone with extremely loud background noise well past business hours. She would do a lot of communicating through text. We ended up switching mortgage companies because this was an overall terrible first time experience. Very unprofessional.
