Took us around our entire house, helped us identify a honey-do list on top of giving us the information we needed to make an informed purchase. I'm honestly planning to hire him again in a few years just to keep our home in good repair and spot the things we don't!
He inspected my home 2 years ago..sadly he has NO knowledge of home construction. He does charge less than his competition. Which sadly gets him hired. He writes thing to justify his job. Many are just ridiculous. He wrote the vinyl siding was "rotting " plastic doesnt decompose that's why we recycle it. (It was a spot on light colored siding, I wiped it off) this is just one example.He documents none of his claims with photos or any other way. He makes general statements that he cant justify. We've used Eagle for 2 separate inspections and have been super impressed both times. Paul and Elkanah were both very professional, honest, and helpful both during and after the inspection. They showed us everything they found and gave us tips on how to fix them or how to prevent future issues. My wife and I both felt comfortable with them and felt like they were really looking out for our interests more than anyone else's. Would highly recommend to any and everyone in a heartbeat.
