1st time to this establishment, lovely views, friendly staff but disappointed with the lunch products. Ordered the baked brie cob, although very delicious the cheese did not seem warm at all, neither was the cheese runny like a normal cob loaf would be. Had to use cutlery to scoop cheese on the biscuits and cob top. Then when I ordered my steak I specifically asked for chat potato's and veggies, twice. Still the steak comes out with chips and salad. Ordered the ridiculously priced Southern Fried Chicken Burger for $28.50. It was really terrible! Equally sized to a chesse burger from Maccas (for size comparison), dried out, over cooked, small chicken patty, small amount of coleslaw, cold chicken and flavourless. Whoever made my burger didn't care at all. The view was great! The food was terrible. Eat elsewhere then visit for the view maybe! Yes, I complained, she said "I'll tell someone", that's it! No care for customer satisfaction or redemption. Small scabby over price... read more

Dropped in at lunchtime on a Saturday with my partner. I had the $50 medium rare ribeye w chips and salad. The steak was browned in places and grey in others, the small portion of chips were cold and greasy, the salad was small and average at best and the pepper sauce was sweet and sickly. My partner had garlic bread and calamari. The garlic bread was cold and half cooked, the tasteless calamari was greasy, cold and had the crumb half off. I bought schooner of Asahi $15.50 and lemon, lime and bitters $5.50. I’d never eat the... read more

I haven't rated the rooms as I only had a meal here. Have not been here for a while but the quality of the meals and the service is amazing! Great Place, Great people, Great service at a great price, and even though it is night time, the views of the Gold Coast are amazing. Do yourself a favour and come here for a meal
