Absolutely absurd. If you want to pay an arm and a leg when you leave then live here! 🤩Charged us almost $3000 after inspection. They told us we needed to “wash our trash bins” but how do you clean out bins when trash doesn’t come until the day after you have your final inspection? Never said anything about our carpet and we get charged $900 for new carpet. Your concerns are not of their interest. The leasing office and maintenance turn over has been aound every quarter to six months.
