Had a new HVAC system installed in my mobile home and I'm very pleased. Technicians Lee and Josh did a excellent job. They were very polite courteous and friendly. Will definitely suggest to anyone needing HVAC service to call Eagle Heating and Cooling for there assistance.

Our AC went down on a mid=90s day about a week ago. Our technician Khan came at the end of the window of service - after 5pm. He let us know that he had been working on the OSU campus all day in the heat and his clothes were soaked in sweat. He had every right not to be in a good mood, but that wasn't what happened! He could not have been more pleasant or kind! He was funny, he worked quickly, he solved our problem, and the whole experience was extremely positive.

I had 3 HVAC companies quote me for a new system. Arnell at Eagle Heating and Cooling was the most up-front and honest with his pricing and asked me questions to determine what I needed in my home. They saved me thousands of dollars compared to the other quotes I received as well. I definitely recommend their services! Arnell was kind and always making sure I knew what we were getting. Carlos was a very nice professional who we trusted, and he took advantage of that trust and revealed he is a snake. He installed a water heater that was not correct for the home and blew us off with many text threads of fixing it. We prepaid for a water softener that he never installed. We had to repay for the water heater and are asking for some of the money we paid him since he did it wrong and the money for the water softener.
