We have had issue after issue in our commercial building for a couple years. Multiple vendors, multiple techs, and no one could ever come up with solutions. We are so thankful to Josh Reed and his staff for everything they have done since making the switch. Just yesterday we had Ron Munoz out because one of our brand new units wouldn't cool off 8 offices. The unit was only a year old and the previous vendor blamed out windows. We have used Eagle Heating and Cooling for several years. We have used others, but we're never quite satisfied. Either the techs always needed to call the office, or seemed to be trying to upsell us, even on a minor item. We have had no such problem with Eagle. Their techs are respectful, know their jobs, and show up on time. We will continue to use them, and refer them

Kon came out to assess our AC unit and was extremely friendly, personable, and was really honest as we discussed possible solutions.

After 2 days of no call, no shows from a company with enough money to put ads on the radio, I happened to drive by a residence near my house with an Eagle truck in their driveway. Told my fiancé we should call them. So glad we did! He called on a Monday evening (6pm)during record breaking heat. They offered to come out that evening; however, we declined.
