To the guy that came yesterday great job
So after reading the reviews I was somewhat hesitant but understand most people post when they have had a horrible experience and not so much when it’s been good. I am super glad I took the chance. Candace was knowledgeable, professional, and experienced. She was able to share tips on system maintenance and education on what she was doing. I would absolutely recommend her again.
Lady contractor was rude from the beginning. I requested another tech but receptionist said they only had two contractors in the company and it would be a whole week before they could send her which was contrary to what they told AHS They told AHS that they would send someone different the same day. If I hadn't called back I was led to believe that the rude lasy was not coming. The rude contractors came and she was not knowledgeable of the system. Our experience with this company has been nothing short of terrible. We've been without heating and air conditioning for nearly two months, all because we were told to wait for parts to be ordered by the technician. When she finally returned to do the repairs, she had forgotten one of the parts, meaning we had to wait even longer. To make matters worse, they attempted to upsell us a $5k replacement unit, which we later discovered wasn't necessary.
