As small business owners ourselves, we detest leaving negative reviews, but unfortunately, our experience here compelled us to do so. We were asked to arrive before our appointment. The studio lacked a clean and relaxing atmosphere, and our masseuses appeared disinterested in their work (checking their phones multiple times).
