Your milling sucks and there is obviously NO QC. Pieces w little to NO tongue. Please explain to an installer how is that supposed to work? It IS Tongue and GROOVE!
Ordered almost $10,000 in flooring thinking it would be great flooring for the price you pay, $10 a square foot. Only to open the box to all boards the size of a foot. 🤨 come on do better. I would look elsewhere for a flooring company.
This flooring does not last and costumer service is non existent. I would never go with Somerset again. Scratches easily cracks the top layer peels. Totally disgusted with the 50,000$ I spent on it.
