I canceled my membership due to management refusing to remove a pervert and pedophile, whom I along with several other women made several reports against over a two month period.
I sent a letter to cancel my membership in April of 2020. I didn't hear anything until I started getting calls from collection agencies and finally a letter from a law firm. Evidently there is fine print in the contract that states that you have to cancel "in-person" using their form. Not sure how that works when they are closed and you've moved out of the area. This gym is a RIP off. I had a membership that was supposed to be $18/month. Yet they took 80 dollars out of by account within the span of 5 days. All in the MIDDLE of the month. Makes zero sense to be this unprofessional.
Very affordable, friendly staff
Kendyll and Jenelle make working out at 5:30 in the morning much more enjoyable! My husband will be joining us on Monday, he just signed up last night.
Great Gym, after eight weeks and 40 pounds off it’s success,so far, thanks Jenelle, 530 classes early but you make it fun
