Their hours are listed as being open til 4:30pm and when I arrived at 2pm for a fire extinguisher service, there was no one there, no sign about anyone leaving, no change to their voicemail, nothing. I waited for 20 minutes, called and left a message and still no reply. I called to follow up the next week and was told they leave early due to heat (which is fine, but let people know!) Great company with amazing customer service. Took in our fire extinguishers for inspection and servicing; left within 15 minutes. Also set up yearly office visits where with come to us and do the inspections. The office staff and technicians were all great. Will definitely continue to use this company.

We are foster parents so having fire extinguishers are mandatory for us and this is my 2nd time getting our fire extinguishers inspected with them. They are nice, thorough and fast. Customer Service is A1, I would recommend to all family, friends and fellow foster parents.
