I filled out the info online and was told that I could call to get an update about my loan application. I tried calling numerous times and no one ever answers the phone. It would just ring every time I tried calling. Not sure why it would instruct me to call and then no one answer. I can’t give a good review when no one wants to answer the phones.
Filing a lawsuit against you and whitley County due to not being able to defend myself in court since I was never notified about court which means that was an illegal action and the summons was served 15 days after the court date
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They end up taking money out of your account when they're not supposed to. They take money out of your account without your authorization.
