I spoke with a Sarah and after I submitted everything asked for . She comes back and says we left you a VM with our loan decision...which was a lie. It's just a weird vibe I received after speaking with both the Manager Jennifer and Sarah something is off! Also , this place is not supposed to go by your credit but it runs your credit!! How does that make any sense!!!!?????!?!?!? Don't go to this place because they are LIARS!!!
Great customer service, easy application process, my experience here has been nothing but easy and they are very friendly. I will definitely recommend and will be returning if I ever need their services again. They also work with you if you ever have any issues with life situations.
