Front office staff is always warm, inviting, courteous and friendly. Luanne is more than a nurse, she is kind, patient and genuinely interested in your medical concerns and well being. Interacting with her is like communicating with a loving friend. Dr. Mitchell is a very good doctor, and I'm very pleased with his care.

Very satisfied with the service received at this office. Dr. Mitchell is caring, listens well to concerns that we have and always address them. There is no problem getting to see him which I appreciate. The staff is very accommodating and willing to work with me to get my parents in to see the doctor as needed. I am very glad to be a patient here and have my parents as patients also with Eagle Physicians.

Dr. Mitchell is nice and thorough and patient. His "bedside " manner is excellent. I have been a patient of his for about 10yrs. Eagle physicians good.

Yearly physical. Dr. Mitchell seems to really listen when he asks about my concerns, aches, and pains. I appreciate that he is genuine and also very knowledgeable and current with modern medicine.

I arrived 10 minutes early for my 6 month physical with Dr. Mitchell. I waited about 10 minutes and they called me back. The front desk people are always nice and somehow remember my name. The nurse took my vitals, checked my current meds and asked me how I was feeling. Once she had her needed information she left and said the doc would be in shortly, and he was. I was moved into an available slot, because I did not want to wait until February. I was called by staff to reschedule. This allowed me to determine if I had reached my fitness goal and where my cholesterol and blood pressure was. Everything is much better. :)
