Everything was A Plus doctor , nurse and staff.
Overall an excellent experience.
I was able to schedule an appointment right away; hardly any waiting in waiting room, for nurse, for Dr Miller. Dr Miller was pro-active in trying to get radiology results. Extra xrays ordered and performed next day. took couple of days and weekend, but results presented over phone by Susan on Monday morning. I find Dr. Miller and Susan easy to talk to, as well as the staff I have been in contact with. This is a caring and compassionate staff in the practical things as well as the personal things
I was very pleased with every aspect of my experience seeing Dr Miller and her staff. Viewing results on the patient portal is effective and easy.
The health care experience was seamless. There appeared to be good communication between the different aspects. It is comforting to know that scheduling knows what is expected and labs are correct etc
I love this Practice! Dr Miller was very thorough & she listened to my concerns, answering any questions I had. She’s always very caring & interested in how I’m doing. This is always my experience with Dr Miller! Her nurse, Susan, is very professional & warm.
Staff is friendly and efficient.
Dr. Miller really seems to care about her patients and is empathetic to their unique needs.
Excellent staff. Very knowledgeable doctor. Really friendly people.
