Since Rosin Eye Care has taken over Eagle Eye Care and Dr. Silverman is no longer there, the customer service and the timeline of product delivery has really gone downhill. It should not take over 6 weeks to get a new pair of glasses. The office staff says they will call you back to explain the delay and they never called back. There is no excuse for POOR service. Patients pay around $600 each for exam and glasses and get treated poorly. Not going back.
