Since Rosin Eye Care has taken over Eagle Eye Care and Dr. Silverman is no longer there, the customer service and the timeline of product delivery has really gone downhill. It should not take over 6 weeks to get a new pair of glasses. The office staff says they will call you back to explain the delay and they never called back. There is no excuse for POOR service. Patients pay around $600 each for exam and glasses and get treated poorly. Not going back.

I am very impressed with Dr. Silverman and his office. The exam is very thorough and he is VERY knowledgeable. I have different eye issues so I need a good eye exam and he explains what is going on. The staff are great. Professional, very helpful and patient when your deciding on new frames and lenses. So many choices. Both pairs of glasses have been PERFECT. I have been wearing Silhouette's for 20 years and NEVER had them fit this good, both times. I HIGHLYSo recommend Dr. Silverman's office. So glad I found them.
