Professional service. The staff was kind and knowledgeable. Fast service which is rare.
Owner is very dishonest. He has said in the report that the wood and other things would be loose and leaking, while they did not. He also said that the roof had leaks without showing proof, but there are no leaks on our brand new roof. He also claimed that my wood needs replacement while there was no rotten wood. He further has pocked holes into the walls and created permanent damages, and then claimed that the holes he created, needed to be fixed by replacing entire posts.
