I had Eagle Eye pour a concrete pathway. It was a great experience, just as their other work has been. They are trustworthy, timely, communicate very well, and their work product is much better than I’ve seen from their competitors. The work product being better also means a good value for me since I won’t have to worry about redoing it. I’ve used them for roofing as well, and am excited to see them continue to expand into other projects. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
This company did a stellar job for me. They were initially my buyer's inspectors, and they found obvious evidence of massive hail damage, whereas my inspector did not even mention it. (blind??). They were able to respond quickly to replace the roof, giving me a very professional report that helped my insurance company confirm complete coverage! Their crew was quick and professional. When our homeowners insurance company demanded a roofer’s inspection of our roof or they would cancel our policy, Stephen Lane of Eagle Eye Renovations was recommended to us. He responded the same a day, quickly worked out scheduling, and produced a report complete with a number of photos documenting his evaluation of our roof’s good condition. The insurance company agreed with his report and will not cancel. Stephen was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. I highly recommend him and Eagle Eye Renovations!
