We bought our home one year ago this month. Our home inspection came back with some things that will need to be fixed, nothing major and we were so thankful for how thorough we thought the report was. Then we noticed our electric bill (we have electric heat/ central air) was really high, way high. $500 for one month for two people. Then during the summer, our central air didn’t work.
