Great experience. We used Rick for the general, 4-point, and Wind Mit inspections on a recent purchase. He's definitely an advocate for the buyer, makes sure you thoroughly understand everything he is seeing and listing in the report, and provides inspections in a logical order to ensure your money and time are protected. This is a far cry from the other inspectors I threw away $600 on to inspect a previous property. Highly recommend Rick to anyone needing inspection services.

My house was purchased on December Mr.Rick came and inspected my house no thermal cameras were used during inspection my realtor and I agreed now that his inspection lacked thoroughness, 5 months down I'm still dealing with damage from and existing cut to air conditioning pipes that were covered by a wall. My whole first floor flooded and all the wood flooring got damaged. Because the AC was not on use during winter this was not apparent but it became obvious later on. Fantastic - took the time to explain everything, very knowledgeable - definitely works for the buyer and the buyer's interests. Went above and beyond with home inspection and 4 point inspection. Will use for wind mitigation inspection as well.
