Oscar was fast and courteous when performing my home inspection. 5 stars would recommend him to anyone.
There were things missed during the inspection and the areas that were checked and was said to be in good condition broke down a month after moving in. I would have certainly negotiated a lower selling cost had the report been accurate. I’ve reached out and they did not return my calls. It’s unbelievable how much money it cost me to fix the stuff the neglected say was wrong. This makes me wonder if the seller paid to ensure the inspection was satisfactory. Do yourself a favor and use another inspection company.
I don't usually write reviews and may never write another review again - but I did feel somewhat compelled to say that Eagle Eye is the only home inspection company I will be using from now on. Oscar came highly recommended from our insurance company - and the one thing you can trust is that it is rare that anyone will vouch for any kind of vendor in the State of Florida as most are simply unreliable.
