Seth did a very thorough job on the inspect we hired him for. I am a contractor and have an eye for details - he found things i surely would have missed. His report was very detailed and informative. We saved a considerable amount of money on our purchase thanks to his report.

I was on the seller side of one of his inspections. He cited many issues that were without merit and only served to alarm the buyer. He showed pictures of light entering the attic and claimed that this was due to faults in the roof. The light was visible in a couple of areas where the shingle overhang meets the facia board. This is normal. An inspection by a roofer verified this. He cited that the HVAC units tripped breakers during the inspection. There was never a problem with the HVAC before the inspection.
