Although he was professional, we did not feel the inspection was thorough. The report was bare and lacked vital info. Asbestos was found in the attic by an individual we hired afterwards with no mention of the attic at all in the report. Unfortunately we had to hire (and pay) another professional for a second inspection but it was worth it. If you want someone to walk around your future house and visually inspect while pointing here and there then Eagle Eye is the one for you.
